Nantasket Hotel at the Beach

Thanks to winning a grant from American Express the Paragon Carousel replaced all twelve doors to the building that houses the Paragon Carousel with beautiful wooden doors that replicate the original doors from 1928. The grant also allowed us to renovate all the windows above the doors so that now light streams into the building. Thank you!

2017 Youth Talent Showcase Wednesday evenings @ 7pm



July 5                 Jump Start

A local South Shore band that writes their own music, which can be found online. With lots of new music coming this summer, Jump Start is featuring Danny Beaton (Guitar and Vocals), Morgan Brown (Bass and Vocals), and Nick Jalbert (Drums).


July 12                Not Today

An alternative rock band of a youth musicians from Hull, Hingham, Scituate, and Norwell, training at the South Shore Conservatory. Knowing Someone - original by Not Today  


July 19                Jim Armstrong and his Talented Students

 Jim is the lead singer of The Armstrong Brothers Band and a south shore guitar/music instructor.Be a part of his burgeoning talented students cutting their chops at the beach. 


July 26                Olivia Monarch

 Olivia Monarch is multi-instrumentalist who performs at venues throughout the south shore such as the C-Note.  Olivia won Hull's Got Talent in 2016 for her singing performance.  She is the lead vocalist in a band called Not Today. The band recently released professionally recorded songs on iTunes and Spotify.    Olivia Monarch - Decode by Paramore 


August 2                          P.S.I.

 A Jazz/Experimental project based in the South Shore featuring Luke Conklin - Guitar, Andy Grant - Bass Guitar, Colin Milch - Trumpet/Vocals, Nick Alessi - Piano/Vocals, Jake Gardam - drums.


August 9                          Mark Randles

 A solo artist, this Weymouth High School alumnus is studying music education at Rhode Island College in Providence.


August 16                       Tori Jones

 Tori, 16 year old singer from Hull, MA has won several awards for her singing talents.  She was voted best audience reaction, best solo artist and 2nd place overall in the Young Performers Club 21 & Under competition at the Hard Rock Café in Boston, MA (April 2016).  She advanced to the Grand Finale in October 2016 and won First Place Overall, Grand Finale Champion.  She was awarded a cash prize to further her music career and was selected to participate in the All You Got Tour beginning this summer.  Honored to be an artist on the Be You Tour under the direction of Sharon Jensen, empowering our youth to never give up on their dreams.  She is also actively involved in fundraising efforts giving back to the community performing.  Her first original song “Going Up” is to be released soon.


August 23                       Jim Armstrong and his Talented Students

Jim is the lead singer of The Armstrong Brothers Band and a south shore guitar/music instructor.We finish our 2017 season with a performance by Jim’s more senior and experienced students.
